Just purchased a 2019 KX250 from Kawasaki City in Irving, TX and this was by far the best experience I've ever had at a motorcycle dealership. The sales staff was friendly and knowledgeable and best of all the OTD pricing listed on their site and quoted over the phone is exactly what the OTD pricing is when you show up to the dealership. No bait-n-switch BS or haggling with salesman and finance. It was a hassle free super smooth transaction and no other dealership could even come close to touching their OTD pricing. I drove all the way down from Tulsa Oklahoma to buy a ZX-14 from Kawasaki city since they offered the best price I could find anywhere. Everyone there was friendly and helpful, Adrian in sales made sure I was taken good care of knowing how far I came to buy from them. Overall, it was a great experience and when I buy again I will definitely make the drive down and buy from them again!

I had searched and searched for the right bike at the right price. Just when I was about to go with a deal that I was settling for I went online and found S.W's deal on the ZX14 that I wanted. I made one call and was told that I was approved for the bike all I needed to do is come get it! I drove a total of 9 hours, and passed up numerous Kawasaki dealers, just to get the bike that I wanted at the price that I wanted it at! Adrian was great. Bought my new 2011 Nomad in March 2012 from the Lancaster store. Those guys are great. Everyone knows their stuff all the way from sales to parts to service. Sammy must be a great guy to work for cause both of the sales guys at the Lancaster store said they had worked for Sammy for 30 years or more. That speaks volumes to me. I also am a big fan of their out the door pricing, makes shopping very easy & streamlined. I did a lot of checking around before i bought from them and couldn't find anyone that could/would beat their pricing. The only negative is that i found out later that the Nomad i bought was a California model. That seems to be happening quite a bit all over the country. I've read where dealers in Virginia,Florida,Colorado, & several other states are selling California models. It's probably is not that big a deal but a lot of folks are upset about this. The California models just have some more pollution crap on them courtesy of the EPA. I wish that the fact the Nomad i was buying was a California model had been pointed out to me (i don't know if i would have bought it had i known) but i'll bet Kawasaki City didn't know, so ask if it's important to you. The Nomad is the best value in a large cruiser in my opinion and is a fantastic ride. I would not trade it for any other large cruiser on the market, California model or not.
